Current and Past Clients

FernFrenzy.com

FernFrenzy is a joint venture with a grower of exotic Platyceriums. The site is built using ZenCart shopping cart. The conversion rate on the site is astronomical right now because the very first customers placed a substantial order within days of the site going live. KWB Tech is ready and able to directly build or consult on any eCommerce venture that requires a professional shopping cart solution.

Allen Kim CPA, Las Vegas, Nevada

KWB Tech has done many different IT tasks for Allen since 2005. I set up an office NAS unit so that he and his employees can easily share files. This also lets them easily change and upgrade computers because all their data is centrally stored. KWB Tech has also helped with setting up a mail server, hardware upgrades, and consulted on various equipment and printer purchases.

Akahi Realty, Hilo, Hawaii

Akahi Realty hired KWB Tech to straighten out a long history of problems with their email system. My work revolved around clearing up confusion about what their resources were by accurate documentation. They also had several interesting problems involving Outlook Express.

Stan Morikawa, Real Estate Broker, Hilo Hawaii

Stan had KWB Tech restore his system from scratch, set up an automatic local backup and burn fresh images of his system so that future restores will take less time.

Jeffery Venuto, Farmers Agent, Las Vegas Nevada

Mr. Venuto had several problems with notebook computers and virus issues. He hired KWB Tech so that he and his staff could focus on their core business and be free from having to fiddle with their computers. KWB Tech also set up a carefree off site back up service for the Venuto Agency.

Hints and Tips

If your computer is running slow, check to see if you have multiple anti-virus or anti-spyware programs running. Nothing is gained by having more than one. What happens is you have to wait for each program to run before windows can load. Each one scans your whole system this is going to slow you down
